I have spoken about it on this blog previously, but worth repeating: General Manager Don Sweeney has as much work to do with off ice personnel as he does with on ice personnel.
It would take all ten of your fingers and then some toes to count the additions and changes Sweeney made to the off-ice staff. I’m not going to list them all here. You’ve probably already seen them. But there was some confusion among a few fans when they didn’t see a name they recognized on the list. To put it simply, the Bruins only named the new hires and promotions yesterday.
To make it simple for everyone, the chart below shows the current, additions and promotions in the hockey ops, scouting and player development areas following the Bruins announcement.
